Position Overview The Imaging Processor retrieves, identifies, prepares, scans, and indexes all incoming mail into the document management system. Essential Job Functions Retrieves mail daily from mailroom and prepares paper items for scanning Scans and indexes documents for department to the correct workflow, policy number, and document type Identifies and indexes all incoming faxes and emails Sends documents to the correct department that were routed incorrectly Maintains all scanned items in meticulous order, periodically boxing up items for storage Performs general care and maintenance of scanner and microfilm machine Performs other duties as assigned Education & Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience Preferred or Specialized N/A Certifications & Licenses N/A Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic ability to: type with speed and accuracy perform routine office work using basic clerical skills maintain records of materials, supplies, time, and work performed organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines Basic skill in: data entry with minimal errors completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay Range :

$16.35 - $21.15 per hour This range is based on the expected level of experience and skills for this position. Final compensation will depend on individual
