Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Management Assistant to support a short-term project focused on organizing, digitizing, and preparing office files. This role involves hands-on work with physical and electronic records and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. (Part Time or Full Time) What You'll Do Sort, organize, and categorize physical files and records Scan and digitize documents from filing cabinets and storage boxes Ensure accurate naming, indexing, and electronic filing of documents Organize and restructure filing systems for improved accessibility Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information Assist with general file management tasks What You'll Bring Due to requirements of U.S. Export Control Law under ITAR (22 CFR 120-130), only U.S. Persons will be considered for this position.
