Overview Join our dynamic office team as a File Clerk/Office Assistant and become a vital part of our organization's smooth operation! Responsibilities Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of documents Perform data entry with high accuracy using computer skills and Microsoft Office applications. Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic office management activities Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize office productivity Assist with customer service by providing support and information to clients and visitors while handling confidential information discreetly Qualifications Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace tools Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent phone communication skills along with professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and proofreading capabilities Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of computer literacy and organizational efficiency Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a rewarding journey where your organizational talents will shine!
