Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Filing Clerk to join our dynamic team. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with efficient filing and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills, ready to provide exceptional customer service and manage office tasks seamlessly. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries Maintain organized filing systems both physically and electronically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and data entry Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for basic record-keeping and invoicing Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records Running office errands on a daily basis Requirements Previous office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of data entry, filing procedures, and basic bookkeeping practices such as QuickBooks is desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Texas Driver's License and car insurance This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their administrative expertise in a vibrant workplace.
