Pay Range 17 to 18

We are seeking a Clerk to join the company, a premier supplier, in Fairfax, VA.

  • Staff to assist us with organizing, preparing, and boxing employee HR files so they can be sent off for digitization.
  • Prepare/organize hard copies of CRCC staff files for external digitizing process.
  • We estimate that we have approximately 1,020 staff files.
  • The number of documents within each file varies depending on the employee's length of service, the longer the tenure, the more documents included.
  • We estimate it will take 20 to 30 minutes per file to organize materials into the appropriate subfolders.
  • In addition, we anticipate 5 to 8 hours of overall file preparation time for alphabetizing and organizing.
Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of standard administrative procedures and practices, including general document handling and filing.
  • Ability to effectively implement a files management system.
  • Ability to communicate courteously and effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality
