Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and retrieving physical and electronic files to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Responsibilities:
Sort, classify, and file records according to established filing systemsRetrieve files and deliver them to appropriate personnel upon requestMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing filesScan, upload, and organize documents to electronic filing systemsPurge old files in accordance with company policy and legal retention requirementsEnsure files are stored securely and confidentiallyCollaborate with other administrative personnel as neededSimilar remote jobs
