This is a hands-on position for someone who understands the entire screen printing process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate and set up automatic screen printing presses. Prepare jobs for production, including screen registration and press setup. Coat, expose (burn), reclaim, clean, and maintain screens. Mix inks and ensure accurate color matching when needed. Inspect prints for quality and consistency throughout production runs. Troubleshoot print issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain production schedules while meeting quality standards. Perform routine press maintenance and keep equipment clean. Keep the production area organized and follow shop safety procedures. Work as part of a team and help wherever needed to keep production moving smoothly. Qualifications Proven experience operating automatic screen printing presses. Strong knowledge of the complete screen printing process, including reclaiming, coating, burning, setting up, registering, and printing screens. Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality prints. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Experience with manual presses is a plus.
