Overall Responsibility:

Set-up and operation of screen printing machine.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• When all applicable training is completed, screen printing operators must be able to: A) Set up and operate screen printing machines.

B) Perform inspection of close tolerance registration. C) Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) measurements on all printed inks. D) Handle sheet materials appropriately. E) Prepare inks and other printable liquids for the screen printing process. F) Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and Manufacturing Procedures (MP's). G) Operate drop micrometer and ohmmeter. H) Operate dryer ovens according to routing instructions. I) Catch parts as they come out of oven, complete final inspection and place in tray. J) Clean screening machines, flood bars, squeegees and screens. K) Stabilize sheets to be screen printed on before using. L) Roll sheets with drill holes before printing on them.

• You may be asked to do other tasks on production floor. You will report to the supervisor of the department you have been asked to work in as well as your regular supervisor.

Experience Required:

• No prior experience needed.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged standing (10 hrs.)
• Lifting up to 25lbs.
• Use of solvents with a potential for low harmful side affects.
• Due to use of solvents, no contact lenses are allowed.

Job Detail/Working Conditions:

• This position is full time, 40 hours a week. Monday
• Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm
• 4 Day work week! No nights or weekends!!
• Work area is an air conditioned; dirt and lint free Clean Room.
• P.P.E. required
• cap, smock, and shoe covers or shoes designated to clean room area only. (Employees will be reimbursed for purchasing their own shoes that are kept in the Clean room).
• Ninety day probationary period.
