Based on experience Resolve is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Records Assistant to support the transition of employee records from paper files to electronic storage. This position will work closely with the Human Resources team to scan, label, organize, and upload confidential employee documents into a secure electronic drive. Responsibilities Scan paper personnel records and convert them into electronic files Accurately label and organize documents according to established filing procedures Upload employee documents into the appropriate electronic folders Review files for completeness, accuracy, and proper placement Maintain the organization and security of paper and electronic records Protect confidential employee and company information at all times Assist the HR team with other records-related administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience handling confidential or sensitive records required Human Resources, medical records, data entry, or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable scanning, naming, uploading, and managing electronic documents Basic proficiency with computers, shared drives, and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity Must successfully complete an appropriate background check Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement This is an excellent temporary opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who understands the importance of discretion, accuracy, and confidentiality when working with employee records.
