Field Representative Department:

Intake PARRIS Law Firm is looking for a seasoned professional, ideally someone with a background in law enforcement or accident investigation, to join our team full-time as a Legal Intake and Investigations Specialist. This role is an excellent fit for someone who has spent years helping people in crisis and is now seeking a new way to make a meaningful impact. You'll work directly with individuals and families after life-changing events, using your investigative skills and professional judgment to ensure they receive the support they need.

Primary Duties:

Conduct client intakes and gather essential case information through in-person meetings, phone calls, or virtual appointments Meet with potential clients at their homes, hospitals, accident scenes, or other designated locations when necessary Collect physical evidence, photographs, and supporting documentation from accident sites or vehicles Obtain police reports and witness statements when needed Work closely with the intake and legal teams to ensure timely case evaluation, documentation, and follow-up

Qualifications:

Prior experience in law enforcement, accident investigations, or personal injury law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
