• Northridge, CA Bilingual Spanish a Plus | No Investigation Experience Required About the Role A licensed private investigation agency in Northridge, CA is hiring a full-time, in-office Phone-Based Outreach / Investigations Specialist.

This is a phone-forward position:

the core of your day is placing outbound calls to specific individuals connected to active cases in order to gather and confirm information our investigators need to move those cases forward. Strong phone skills are essential, and prior phone-based customer service experience is a huge plus. This is not a traditional customer service or call-center job. There are no support tickets or sales quotas. Instead, you'll learn to think like an investigator to gather crucial information related to active cases. Each call can be different, so the people who thrive here are quick on their feet, naturally well-spoken, and comfortable guiding a conversation toward the information needed. What You'll Do

• Place regular outbound phone calls throughout the day to individuals associated with active cases
• Gather, confirm, and accurately document information over the phone
• Adapt your approach in real time as each conversation unfolds
• Keep organized notes and write clear, concise call summaries
• Work closely with licensed investigators and case managers
• Maintain strict confidentiality and a professional tone on every call What We're Looking For
• Excellent spoken communication: clear, confident, and easy to talk to on the phone
• Quick thinking and adaptability when a conversation does not go as expected
• Strong English fluency required
• Spanish-speaking ability highly preferred; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Solid writing skills
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word; you do not need to be an expert, just comfortable navigating a PC and typing notes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in-office in Northridge, CA Experience That Stands Out Phone-based customer service experience is ideal preparation for this role.

If you have spent time on the phones in customer support, a call center, reception, scheduling, collections, appointment setting, dispatch, intake, claims, or a similar role, and you are known for being well-spoken and level-headed under pressure, you may be a strong fit.
