Essential job functions for the Field Rep/Investigator position include, but are not limited to: Taking pictures of ID, Medical Paperwork, and Insurance paperwork Completing the necessary report that you have been assigned to. Collecting Signatures from the Parties Involved Daily submission of updates regarding work performed on each case Maintaining a sufficient level of client appreciation and attitude.

Claim Investigator Candidates must have:

Self-starter who holds themselves accountable for results and performance Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality Good writing skills Ability to effectively communicate with others Active listening skills Effective time management skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and vehicle Minimum auto insurance in the amount of $25,000 each person/$50,000 each accident for bodily injury/$10,000 property damage Smartphone and Computer or laptop (IF
