Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Mobile Lung Screening Support Associate is a critical member of Moffitt's mobile outreach team, responsible for ensuring a high-quality, patient-centered experience at community screening events. This field-based role performs patient registration, provides intake and scheduling support, and provides frontline education on the lung screening process. Other related duties as assigned by appropriate leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED One (1) year of experience in healthcare registration, scheduling, customer service, or a related public-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Basic computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office or similar platforms). Ability to accurately collect and verify patient information. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Comfortable working in mobile or outdoor field-based environments. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
