JOB SUMMARY

The directed outreach intake to low-income residents for the specific areas or locations other than the main office. This is a temporary position filled during the height of the energy assistance season. Hours will vary from part-time (20 hours per week) to full-time (40 hours per week).

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent customer service to program participants and accurately respond to inquiries about the program. Maintain client records and data to ensure the accuracy of participant information. Maintain and update reports as assigned. Perform other work-related duties as assigned to ensure office coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a High School Graduate. Minimum of one year customer service experience. Must have computer skills and the ability to operate a computer, data documents, and related software applications. Must have excellent written communication and people skills. Must have own transportation. Ability to gather, compile information, and enter data in a timely and efficient fashion.
