Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional screener to perform specimen collection for drug and alcohol testing in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines. This role ensures accurate, confidential, and efficient handling of testing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect urine, hair, and/or saliva specimens for drug and alcohol testing following strict chain-of-custody procedures. Accurately complete and maintain all required documentation and records. Ensure privacy, integrity, and compliance during the collection process. Prepare and ship specimens to certified laboratories. Communicate with clients and donors in a professional and respectful manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and confidential testing environment. Adhere to company and regulatory policies (e.g., DOT, SAMHSA, HIPAA).
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in drug screening, healthcare, or laboratory setting preferred. DOT certification (or willingness to obtain) may be required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. Basic computer and data entry skills.
Work Conditions:
May involve standing for extended periods and handling biological specimens. Some positions may require travel to different collection sites or on-site client visits.
Compensation:
$50 per completed screening Flexible scheduling options
