Intake Specialist

We are looking for a bilingual intake specialist to join our fast paced law firm. Requirements for the position are below. Must be a Spanish speaker.

Initial Client Communication:

Answering phone calls, emails, and web inquiries with warmth and professionalism to provide a positive first impression.

Case Screening and Evaluation:

Assessing prospective client inquiries to determine if the case meets the firm's criteria, practice areas, and viability.

Information Gathering:

Conducting intake interviews to collect essential facts, personal details, and case-specific documentation.

Conflict of Interest Checks:

Running internal checks to ensure no conflicts prevent the firm from representing the potential client.

Scheduling and Onboarding:

Booking appointments with attorneys and preparing, sending, and organizing new client paperwork.

Follow-Up:

Communicating with potential clients who have not yet signed with the firm to nurture the lead. Please send resume ASAP to be considered.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
