Role:

The Forensic Interviewer conducts forensic interviews of victims of child sexual abuse and sexual assault, as well as other crimes and exposure to violence. They also provide, on a rotating, on-call basis, after hours/urgent/emergency forensic interview services. They will also conduct forensic interview training.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview victims and witnesses of sexual abuse/sexual assault and their non-offending caretakers and family members on site at Center for Hope. Complete administrative tasks as it relates to the Forensic Interview Program. Testify if criminal and family court proceedings. Provide education, community outreach and preventative services to community members as needed/required.

Requirements:

Education:

Master of Social Work Licensure:

State of Maryland

LCSW, LCPC

 or Psychology license

Experience:

Minimum one year of social work experience, specifically in the realm of sexual abuse/assault/forensic experience Rate of pay for PRN is $41
