Job Description Join our team as a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Interviewer and play a vital role in our data collection and survey efforts. In this position, you'll utilize a software-guided script to conduct telephone surveys, ensuring the accurate recording of feedback. Hours :

21-28 hours per week, with required availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Evening (4pm

• 11pm) availability preferred.

Work Location :

This is an in-office position (Rockville, MD), not hybrid or remote.

Responsibilities:

Survey Execution :

Conduct telephone surveys following the provided script, ensuring precise recording of responses.

Verbatim Documentation :

Accurately document verbatim responses, paying close attention to spelling and grammar.

Customer Call Backs :

Perform follow-up calls to gather additional information or clarify survey responses as needed.

Flexible Scheduling :

Work within a flexible schedule, available between the hours of 9 AM and 11 PM, including weekends, to meet the availability of survey participants.

Problem Solving :

Utilize problem-solving skills to manage difficult or irate respondents with professionalism and efficiency.

Knowledge Maintenance :

Stay informed about the organization's survey programs and any updates to ensure accurate representation during surveys.
