We at Evolution Consulting & OIG Compliance NOW are a private, ISO 27001 Certified third-party administrator that provides comprehensive monthly sanction screening and investigation services. Our investigators identify and validate excluded individuals/entities working in organizations that receive federal healthcare program money. We search individuals that work for companies that commit certain types of crimes, such as patient abuse and healthcare fraud, that are "excluded" from receiving healthcare program money. Our teams of criminal investigators conduct background check screening services for healthcare, educational, and government facilities, inclusive of employees, affiliated personnel, and vendors/contractors. We also provide nationwide applicant medical services and drug testing that are a perquisite for hiring.

Evolution Consulting, LLC is looking to hire a Drug Test Collector for our office in Binghamton, NY. The Drug Test Collector is responsible for performing drug testing services, DNA collection and ink fingerprint collection under the direction of the Drug Test Manager. The Drug Test Collector will be paid an hourly rate plus mileage and incentives. Prior experience in law enforcement or specimen collection is preferred. At a minimum candidates must have a High School diploma/GED. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Specimen Collection Provides information and overall assistance to clients regarding laboratory specimen procedures and collection. Act as a liaison between the laboratory and physicians and their office staff, Clients, and all hospital staff. Provides proper setup, transportation, preservation and documentation for all samples received. Coordinate specimen processing activities with the personnel in the main laboratory departments. Coordinate daily collection schedule of specimen sample for laboratory testing with Drug Test Manager. Communicates pertinent laboratory information to Client Company, human resource personnel, healthcare providers including client's test results or established laboratory practices. Maintains Client portals with pertinent employee information in a timely manner. Meet and greet clients and explain urinalysis process. Receive specimen and prepare for delivery to lab. Verifies the correct specimen type; handles appropriately and appropriately prioritizes. Prepares materials for testing. Identifies obstacles and recommends strategies and process improvements to overcome. Monitors inventory levels, orders materials and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures. Coordinate projects as needed. Collects and returns missing patient information (Flags) within a 24-hour turnaround time. Conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Fingerprint Process Capture ink rolled fingerprints for submission to specific organizations and agencies. Provides information and overall assistance to visitors in the office. Maintains certification and training courses relevant to fingerprinting. Meet and greet clients and explain fingerprint process. Physical requirements Ability to uphold the stress of traveling The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, listen and use hands and fingers to perform collections, travel and use phone/computer. Light to moderate lifting is required. Travel requirements Upon request of client, travel to various clinics/employment locations or hospitals to conduct specimen testing as needed. Travel will include the surrounding areas of Binghamton, NY. The use of personal reliable transportation is required for this position. Upon hire and annually thereafter, employee must provide proof of valid driver's license, copy of insurance certificates proving liability coverage including personal injury and medical limits, and copies of NYS inspection certificate. This position will also perform 'on call' duties on a rotation with other Drug Test Collectors. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable and trustworthy, flexible, has a customer service mindset, strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, independent thinker, self-confident, and takes initiative. There will be reviews at 30, 60, and 90 working days, with potential for more compensation. Phone, computer and grammar skills are a must .
