Associate Unemployment Hearing Officer

Our client is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney to serve as an Associate Unemployment Hearing Officer on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an attorney looking for flexible work while applying their legal expertise in administrative hearings. Responsibilities Represent clients in unemployment hearings as needed. Update case portals with pertinent information, documentation, and hearing results. Communicate with the hearing coordinator, clients, and relevant witnesses to ensure thorough case preparation. Maintain professionalism and compliance with all procedural requirements throughout each hearing. Qualifications Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar Association (required). Effective communication, organization, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with hearing coordinators and witnesses. Position Details Contract position; assignments provided on an as-needed basis by our client. Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
