Job Description
Interviews consumers receiving mental health and/or substance abuse services that are consumers of CCBH medical assistance coverage or as designated by services received through County contracts to determine the level of satisfaction of services being delivered. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Check work email at least 1 time a week. Completes required employment training. Schedules and attends in-person appointments with providers/facility to conduct face-to-face interviews. Travels to and from providers/facility and meeting locations. Conducts interviews via phone. Completes paperwork thoroughly and accurately. Attends community meetings and provider resource fairs. Attends trainings and professional development courses. Successful completion of required background checks. Notifies director immediately of any trends or immediate concerns or complaints reported by consumers. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
