full-time We are seeking an experienced Discovery Clerk to join our litigation team at our office in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is intended for a legal professional who has direct, hands-on experience managing discovery in personal injury litigation and who is comfortable working with minimal supervision. Position Summary The Discovery Clerk plays a critical role in the litigation process and works closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to manage discovery from intake through trial preparation. This position is not entry-level and is best suited for candidates who already understand litigation workflows, discovery deadlines, and court filing procedures. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Independently manage discovery tasks for assigned litigation cases
  • Calendar, track, and proactively monitor discovery and trial deadlines to ensure compliance
  • Conduct client meetings to obtain discovery responses, documentation, and supplemental information
  • Draft discovery requests and responses in proper legal pleading format for attorney review
  • Ensure discovery responses are complete, accurate, and timely served on all parties
  • Maintain comprehensive and well-organized discovery files and indexes
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with opposing counsel and legal staff
  • Electronically file pleadings and discovery documents through applicable court e-filing systems Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex discovery matters independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent law office experience in personal injury litigation
  • Demonstrated experience handling discovery matters without constant oversight
  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities What We Offer
