Full-Time | Onsite About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its growing plaintiff personal injury litigation team in Beverly Hills, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and proactive legal professional to support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys. Draft, prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery requests and responses, and other court filings. Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, meetings, and appointments. Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, deposition transcripts, and other litigation documents. Coordinate document production and manage electronic and physical case files. Assist with legal research, fact investigations, and document review. Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, trial preparation, and hearing materials. Track billable time, prepare expense reports, and provide general administrative support. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines. Perform other legal secretarial and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar litigation support role. Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements. Experience preparing legal documents, discovery, and trial materials. Excellent organizational, proofreading, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, FileVine, and legal case management software. Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent legal experience preferred. Experience supporting plaintiff personal injury litigation attorneys. Strong customer service and client communication skills.
