A rare opportunity that doesn't happen often! The firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join its Emeryville office. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting attorneys in meaningful and impactful work. Responsibilities Prepare, revise, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence. Create and maintain Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA). Handle electronic filings with courts, agencies, and administrative bodies. Maintain and organize legal files, records, and document management systems. Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal staff. Coordinate deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments effectively. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all legal documents. Support attorneys in a busy labor and employment law practice. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal office environment. Strong experience with eFiling procedures and preparation of TOCs and TOAs . Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and legal document formatting. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under deadlines. Proven clerical and administrative support experience within a legal setting. Experience filing with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and/or the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) is a plus. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and highly dependable with a strong commitment to producing quality work.
