This position is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your multi-tasking skills in a hands-on role working collaboratively with the firm's clients and employees. Essential Duties include (but are not limited to): Managing attorneys' calendars, dockets, and appointments; Preparing and proofreading correspondence; Maintaining client files in accordance with Firm guidelines; Communicating with clients verbally and in writing. The desired candidate will possess these qualifications: 5 years administrative experience preferred; 3 years law firm experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail; Maintains strict confidentiality; Ability to plan for and adhere to deadlines; Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook The position offers a competitive salary plus an attractive benefits package.
