Job Description:
Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well-established law firm to hire a Legal Administrative Assistant/Litigation Secretary to provide comprehensive support to attorneys and legal staff. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment across a variety of practice areas. Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare correspondence and legal documents. Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines. Provide administrative and organizational support to attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Assist with document formatting, including legal citations and redlining. Support time entry and general office functions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of related legal administrative experience (certifications such as ALS, PLS, CPS, or paralegal certificate may substitute). Typing speed of at least 50 WPM. Familiarity with legal terminology and court filing requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including Word formatting (styles and tables). Experience with time entry systems and document comparison/redlining tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
