Real Estate Rentals Company Administrator:
Bota Properties (Irvine, CA) seeks a Real Estate Rentals Company Administrator to maintain and update tenant, lease, and property records in electronic and physical systems. Coordinate schedules for inspections, lease renewals, and move-in and move-out activities. Prepare routine correspondence, notices, and internal administrative reports. Track documentation, deadlines, and administrative workflows related to rental operations. Assist with leasing administration, including processing applications and maintaining applicant records. Prepare lease agreements, renewals, addenda, and required notices. Serve as a contact for tenant inquiries and coordinate issues with appropriate internal staff. Track rent payment records and late notices in coordination with accounting personnel. Assist with rent tracking, invoicing records, and expense documentation. Maintain vendor invoices, contracts, W-9 forms, and payment records. Coordinate with bookkeeping or accounting staff for administrative reporting. Prepare routine administrative summaries as requested. Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling. Track work orders and service completion. Maintain vendor documentation, including insurance certificates and service agreements. Assist in tracking property compliance with safety and inspection requirements. Maintain administrative records to support compliance with local, state, and federal rental regulations. Track licenses, permits, insurance policies, and renewal dates. Support fair housing documentation and internal compliance procedures. Ensure proper document retention and audit readiness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Operations, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in administrative operations or property management, including experience working with tenants, vendors, or service providers.
Salary offered:
$83,907.00 per year.
