Docketing Coordinator Location:
Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, 2+ days in office/week)
Pay:
$65,000 to $80,000 annually
Experience:
2+ years of experience to support all docketing functions.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Docketing Coordinator to join our dynamic law firm client!
Job Description:
Provide data entry, maintenance, and first-level support for the automated docket/calendar system. Assist with the implementation of firmwide docket policies and procedures. Adhere to the docket procedures and methods of entry. Maintain documentation of all transactions as specified by docket policies and procedures. Determine docket/calendar dates from court documents and correspondence, and enter data into the docket/calendar software. Provide docket and calendar support to legal staff regarding the docket processes and policies Produce reports for professionals and staff. Respond in a timely, professional manner to questions regarding the docket, calendar, and court rules related to litigation deadlines.
Position Requirements:
Excellent communication and client service skills to work as part of a team. Must have knowledge of appellate, state, and federal procedures and the entire litigation process. Demonstrated understanding of state and federal court rules. Ability to proactively identify issues is required. Must have excellent communication and prioritization skills with strong client service and teamwork skills. Ability to perform detailed work accurately with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is needed. Experience in CompuLaw Vision Docketing/Calendar software is required. CMS/Aderant time accounting system is preferred.
