  • 5+ years of civil litigation experience, strong familiarity with state, federal and local court rules and deadlines, a proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: State and federal court filing/e-filing Trial preparation Document production and proofreading, including complex demand letters Litigation calendaring
Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years litigation support experience Knowledge of state and federal court rules Strong E-filing experience (state and federal) Flexible, team-oriented attitude Class action defense experience is a plus but not required Labor & Employment experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
$60k
  • $75k annually, commensurate with experience.
