What You'll Do:

Prepare and file state and federal court pleadings with accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines Manage attorney calendars using Abacus calendaring system and Microsoft Outlook Format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings with professionalism and precision Coordinate case management, client communications, and administrative operations Serve as the organizational backbone for attorneys handling active litigation matters Work collaboratively with paralegals and attorneys in a high-stakes legal environment

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary (litigation experience strongly preferred) Experience with family law procedures and documentation Solid knowledge of California and federal court filing procedures Proficiency with Abacus and Microsoft Outlook Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced practice Someone who takes pride in supporting those who serve our communities
