The ideal Litigation Secretary candidate will possess 3-5+ years of civil litigation defense experience, proficiency in E-filing (both state and federal), and a proactive attitude.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
E-filing in state and federal courts Managing new case setups Filing and maintaining case documents in iManage Meticulously handling high email volumes. Setting up court calls Proofreading, editing, and formatting legal documents
Required Experience:
3+ years of civil litigation experience; defense experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Thorough understanding of the California rules of civil procedure The firm values team players who actively engage and contribute positively to the collaborative work culture. Targeted salary range:
