This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare litigation documents, correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery. Must have recent experience with TOAs/TOCs. Federal court filing experience Coordinate depositions, meetings, attorney calendars, and case deadlines. Prepare deposition and trial exhibits. Conduct legal research, cite-checking, and factual investigations. Manage case files, litigation databases, electronic discovery, and document organization. File and serve legal documents electronically and in hard copy. Communicate with clients and assist with general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a mid-size or large law firm. Strong understanding of litigation procedures, pleadings, motions, and discovery. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lexis. Experience with Relativity, Summation, Concordance, CaseMap, or similar litigation support software preferred. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Willingness to work occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
