This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, format, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, TOA/TOC, and correspondence Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, and coordinate logistics Prepare and submit e-filings in Federal and State courts in compliance with court rules Maintain and organize client files and case documents Process expense reports and administrative requests Communicate with clients and support overall case workflow and deadlines
Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation secretary experience in a law firm Advanced MS Word skills (legal formatting required) Strong knowledge of Federal and State e-filing procedures Excellent organization, multitasking, and proofreading skills Experience managing calendars and supporting multiple attorneys Familiarity with NetDocs or similar systems (preferred) Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
