This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, managing legal documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily legal activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, legal research capabilities, and excellent writing and organizational skills. This position offers an engaging environment where precision, efficiency, and professionalism are paramount in supporting our legal services. Duties Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval. Manage calendar schedules for court dates, meetings, and deadlines to ensure compliance with all procedural timelines. Assist with client communication by providing professional customer service and responding to inquiries effectively. Draft legal memos, affidavits, contracts, and other essential legal materials with clarity and precision. Support attorneys in administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, and document management. Coordinate with courts, clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate case progression. Handle filing procedures in accordance with jurisdictional requirements to ensure compliance. Contribute to process improvements by suggesting efficient administrative workflows. Qualifications Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal administrative role. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret legal documents and data accurately. Proficiency in legal research tools and methods. Demonstrated experience in legal drafting and document preparation. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective written communication skills for drafting clear and concise legal correspondence. Prior experience with legal filing systems—both electronic and manual—is highly desirable. Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Background in paralegal work or legal administrative experience is advantageous. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
