What You'll Bring Hands-on experience you're proud of A solid background in probate, guardianship administration, trust, and estate planning Sharp communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills The talent to juggle multiple tasks and shift priorities without missing a beat Rock-solid discretion when handling confidential information A genuine drive to grow and advance in your career What You'll Do Own probate, guardianship, and trust administration files from intake through completion Prepare probate, guardianship, and trust documents Draft clear status letters to clients and beneficiaries E-file court documents with confidence Gather all necessary information and documentation Organize and index documents and asset information Forward retainers and stay in close contact with clients Calendar matters and stay on top of every follow-up Communicate clearly with clients, beneficiaries, the Court, and your teammates Track and enter billable time in our billing software This is a fast-moving role where your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly.
