• Full-time Description:

  AV rated Miami Collection Litigation Firm seeks a self-motivated individual to fill available Legal Secretary position. A qualified candidate must possess the following skills and attributes:
• 3+ years secretarial/paralegal experience required (collections law firm experience a plus)
• Attention to details and deadlines
• Experience in dictation/transcription
• Ability to work well in a fast paced work environment
• Experience in scheduling and planning time to meet court calendar and litigation deadlines
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, coordinating court events with opposing parties and working with clients is required.
• Experience with appellate briefing
• Experience with Corel WordPerfect a plus Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Position Type:

Full time. Pay commensurate with experience and ability. All prospective employees must pass background check prior to employment commencement date.
