Key Responsibilities:

Draft and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence using firm-approved templates File and submit documents through CourtMAP and other e-filing platforms Manage scheduling of hearings, depositions, and deadlines with precision Communicate professionally with judicial assistants, opposing counsel, and court personnel Support attorneys in case preparation and litigation tasks

Qualifications:

Some prior experience in a litigation support role preferred - we will train the right candidate Familiarity with Florida court procedures and CourtMAP Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document formatting Why Join Us?
