Provide comprehensive litigation support to two attorneys Manage calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial schedules Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents Prepare and coordinate state and federal court filings Maintain and organize case files within the firm's cloud-based case management system Coordinate with clients, experts, court personnel, opposing counsel, and vendors Assist with trial preparation, deposition scheduling, and document management Monitor and track case deadlines to ensure timely compliance with court rules and scheduling orders Support attorneys with day-to-day case management and administrative responsibilities
