Job Description

We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and ready to contribute to the day-to-day movement of insurance defense workers' compensation cases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally, and keeping case files accurate and on track. Responsibilities Maintain organized case files and ensure all documents are accurately filed and accessible. Update case management systems with status, deadlines, and key case details. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, pleadings, and other documents. Copy, scan, print, and file documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Schedule attorney appointments and maintain accurate calendar entries. Request and obtain medical records and bills from providers. Assist with discovery preparation and responses. Process cost bills and prepare check requests as needed. Support attorneys and case staff with day-to-day case progression. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous legal support experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with legal terminology, document handling, and Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience supporting litigation processes from document review to case preparation. Experience with case management systems such has ProLaw and iManage is a plus
