Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Administrator to support corporate, real estate, and intellectual property matters for a Contract position based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role calls for someone who is detail oriented and can manage legal records, prepare documentation, and coordinate administrative workflows across multiple priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, confidence working with legal systems and Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to deliver accurate work under deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the formation and registration of business entities, including corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies.
- Maintain organized corporate records and update legal files to ensure information remains complete, current, and accessible.
- Draft, format, and assemble legal documents and supporting materials for corporate and transactional matters.
- Track and update client and matter information in databases, including records maintained in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Provide administrative support for real estate transactions by preparing files, managing documentation, and assisting with closing-related processes.
- Prepare and submit trademark and copyright application materials while monitoring related records for accuracy.
- Handle written communications with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Develop, revise, and maintain standardized form files and assist with general typing, filing, and day-to-day legal administrative tasks.
