Job Description
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to lawyers
- Assist with client communications and answering the phone
- Maintain document organization
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Answer phone calls and take messages with proper phone etiquette
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and filing
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work with a team
- Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and editing legal documents
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and other staff members
Note:
Prior experience in legal or administrative support role is preferred.Job Type:
