They pair big-firm experience with small-firm service and a strong attention to detail, giving their team real variety and a close-knit, no-politics culture. The firm's identity will be shared with qualified candidates during the screening process. About the Position This is primarily a Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant role supporting a litigation attorney, with the opportunity to take on paralegal-level work when time allows and skills fit. The attorney works from dictation, so strong transcription ability is essential — whether through traditional "old-school" transcription or using modern transcription technology. The role calls for professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
