Job Summary Join our small legal office as a Legal Secretary! Our solo law practice is looking for a dependable, detail oriented full time Legal Secretary to help support clients and keep our litigation workflow running smoothly. If you enjoy a quieter office, meaningful client interactions, and work that truly matters, this role is a great fit. Applicant will assist with litigation tasks, communicate with clients, both in person and on the phone, organize case files and track deadlines, Applicant must be proficient and knowledgeable with word processing such as Microsoft Word. We are looking for someone who has legal office experience, writes clearly and professionally, stays calm under pressure and enjoys working independently in a small professional office.
