Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Junior Associate to join our Legal & Collections team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage customer service interactions, and assist with various legal and financial tasks. This role requires organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.What You'll Do:
- Attend to customer service window, addressing walk-in inquiries and providing assistance to clients and visitors.
- Provide administrative support to the Legal & Collections team, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and preparing documents.
- Assist with various tasks as required, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the legal department.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and financial transactions.
What You'll Learn:
- Proper preparation of weekly Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) letters to clients as needed.
- How to record attorney invoices accurately and ensure timely processing.
- Software relevant to our industry and practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a legal administrative or similar role is preferred but not required.
