Roles & Responsibilities Intro:
Reporting to designated Team Lead or Manager of Corporate Secretarial team, you will be responsible for assisting the senior team member in administration of a portfolio of clientele which includes Singapore incorporated entities and offshore entities in areas of compliance to the relevant legislations and regulations as well as procedural advisory work. Some of the things you'll be doing:
  • Provide support to team members in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters for clients and ensure statutory and compliance issues are met
  • Assist to prepare necessary documents for company/offshore company incorporations and registration of foreign branches, AGM, EGM, board resolutions/meetings, corporate actions, striking off, etc
  • Filing of annual return and financial statements with ACRA.
  • Lodging changes that required to be updated with Registrar upon director's approval
  • Attend to auditors' queries on behalf of clients and liaise with them in preparation for statutory audit
  • Assistance in assessing work procedures, providing feedbacks/suggestions for improvements and implementing improvement process, where necessary
  • Perform certain administration tasks pertaining to the clients or internal procedures
  • Other ad hoc projects What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification or those pursuing, as well as Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, is preferred.
  • Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active client servicing aptitude and basic commercial acumen
  • Strong team player with positive working attitude, able to work independently and multi-task
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Viewpoint will be an advantage
