SCOPE OF WORK 1.
Project Description:
Provide Temporary Professional Administrative Support 2.Professional/Technical Title:
Principal Administrative Associate III 3.Duration of Service Required:
2,080 hours 4.Normal Work Week:
Monday through Friday 5. No. ofHours Per Week:
40 Hours Unpaid meal break No overtime or holiday work 6.Hours of Work:
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM- 100% Administrative Function

Manager, Real Estate Department 10.Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma, or
- Associate Degree or
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Experience Requirements:
A High School Diploma from an accredited institution + 8 years of experience in administrative work or- An associate degree from an accredited institution + 4 years of experience in administrative work; or
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 3 years' experience in administrative work.
Licensing Requirements:
None 13.Special Skills/Training Requirements:
Must have administrative experience in busy, high demand, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to organize project information and reports with attention to detail. Must be proactive, flexible and responsive 14.Description of Work:
Provide real estate administrative support, working closely with team members. Monitor, organize and complete administrative tasks for managers, such as scheduling, calls and meetings, preparing minutes and note taking, file/organize and archive documents, etc. Compile, prepare and edit reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools. Manage tasks with provide deliverables by defined deadlines. Record and manage information such as filing, organizing, categorizing, archiving, etc. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Utilize pre-defined procedures and guidelines to address initial inquiries received through the Real Estate general email inbox or Real Estate general phoneline. Other duties as needed Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
