Addison Group is hiring an Legal Administrative Specialist on behalf of our client. This role provides essential support for real estate and mortgage transactions, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The Administrative Specialist will handle the preparation and review of transaction documents, coordinate with external offices, and maintain organized records. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review real estate and mortgage transaction documents. Verify the accuracy and completeness of files. Coordinate with court reporting offices and other external contacts as needed. Support the full lifecycle of mortgage and real estate transactions. Maintain organized records and ensure processes are completed efficiently. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Experience with title work and Simplifile required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
