Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal staff. Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings. Manage attorney calendars, schedules, and deadlines. Coordinate electronic filing in state and federal courts. Maintain and organize electronic documents and case files. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, courts, and outside counsel. Assist with litigation-related projects and administrative responsibilities as needed. Qualifications 5-10 years of defense litigation legal secretary experience required. Significant experience with electronic filing (e-filing) in state and federal courts.
Strong proficiency with:
Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook iManage or similar document management systems Excellent proofreading, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
