Job Type:
Full-Time, On-Site About PK Property Inc. Established in 2000, PK Property Inc. provides professional residential and commercial real estate services, including sales, leasing and property management. Our team includes 18 experienced real estate agents serving clients in English, Korean and Chinese. Because many of our agents work directly with clients in the field, we are looking for a reliable and highly organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations and support communication between our clients and agents. Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally and promptly respond to client calls, emails and messages
  • Accurately record and organize client information and inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between clients and real estate agents
  • Manage appointments, meetings and the office calendar
  • Organize office documents, files and basic administrative records
  • Support the daily operation of the office
  • Help maintain an organized, professional and welcoming office environment Qualifications
  • Strong professional English communication skills required
  • Korean or Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Interest in learning and growing within the real estate industry
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States Previous real estate or office administration experience is preferred but not required. Training may be provided to a motivated candidate with strong communication and organizational skills. Benefits
