COMMERCIAL
Real Estate Coordinator. The Commercial Real Estate Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the timely close of commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and 2-5 years of relevant experience in the title industry. Qualifications High school diploma, required. Bachelor's degree, preferred. 2-5 years commercial title industry experience. NJ, NY, and/or PA experience required. Computer experience, including Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Teams a plus. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Regular communication with Attorneys, Banks, Developers, and Underwriters, Prepare Pro Formas, endorsements, title policies, Review of LLC documents, Corporation Documents, and Partnership documents, Review of Trusts, Review of Estate documents, Review and preparation of Affidavits, Use expertise and knowledge to resolve title commitment requirements that the Clearance team is not authorized to handle, Address all client requests, and parties associated with the transition, in a timely manner, Seek referral business to expand your book of business, Provide coverage to fellow team members as needed. Success Factors/Job Competencies/Skills Must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Ability to handle heavy client contact on a regular basis and provide exemplary customer service. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees throughout the organization. Collaborate and influence outcomes through effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment to understanding and utilizing the organization's technology tools. Must be able to work efficiently, handle deadline pressures, and perform continuous follow-up to meet team-oriented goals.
